Administrative & Digital Systems Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised, tech-confident individual to support Achievio's administrative operations and help us build out efficient, well-documented digital systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, loves a good spreadsheet, and is comfortable using modern tools including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Achievio's Microsoft 365 environment including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Create, organise, and maintain digital filing systems, templates, and SOPs
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks including emails, scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate learner and referral records
- Help build out internal knowledge bases, process documents, and onboarding materials
- Use AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude) to improve efficiency and draft documents
- Support the Director with communications, invoicing, and stakeholder correspondence
- Assist with website updates and basic digital content tasks as required
Essential Requirements
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Clear written communication — professional emails, reports, and documents
- Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience using AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
- Experience in a school, educational setting, or SEND/AP environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint site building or document management
- Experience with invoicing systems or basic bookkeeping
- Interest in the SEND, education, or social care sector
