Caroline Thomas
Founder & Director | Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Caroline founded Achievio with a clear purpose: to create a provision where every learner feels safe, valued, and able to progress. With a background in specialist SEND education and safeguarding, she leads Achievio's clinical and pastoral frameworks, ensuring that every placement is built on robust care and clear EHCP outcomes.

Hannah Norris
Lead Tutor | Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Hannah is our Deputy DSL and Lead Tutor, specialising in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and trauma-informed approaches. She builds strong, trusting relationships with learners who have experienced significant barriers to education and leads our SEMH-focused room provision.

School & LA Outreach Coordinator
School & LA Outreach Coordinator
Biography and photo coming soon. Working closely with SENCOs, SEN teams, and local authority commissioners, our Outreach Coordinator manages referrals, coordinates new placements, and maintains the partnerships that allow Achievio to serve learners across Wiltshire.
Safeguarding Leads
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Caroline Thomas and our Deputy DSL is Hannah Norris. All staff hold enhanced DBS clearances and receive regular safeguarding training in line with current Ofsted childcare inspection standards.
